A mixed ability online vinyasa class, ideal for yogis with some experience. This is a livestream of the usual Church Crookham Community Centre classes. A Google Meet link will be emailed to you after booking. *I would urge beginners to join in-person and only join the livestream when they feel more confident moving between poses.*
