Hey, I'm Graeme!


I am a certified yoga instructor who has been passionately practicing yoga since 2015. However, my journey towards yoga began even before that, as I delved into the world of martial arts, exploring various disciplines such as Aikido, Kung Fu, and Judo. These martial arts experiences laid the foundation for my physical and mental discipline, preparing me for the profound practice of yoga.

It was during my martial arts training that I first encountered the concept of mindfulness and the importance of body awareness. However, it wasn't until I discovered yoga that I truly started to understand the incredible power of uniting the mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga entered my life at a time when I was seeking a deeper level of tranquillity and balance. The practice quickly became an integral part of my daily routine, providing me with solace and serenity in a world that often felt chaotic. Through the regular practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, I discovered a newfound sense of calm and mental clarity.


In my classes, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where students can explore the vast potential of their bodies and minds. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies, honouring their limitations while gently pushing beyond their comfort zones. Through a combination of dynamic flows and breathwork I strive to create an environment that promotes self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

My mission as a yoga instructor is to help others uncover the transformative power of yoga, just as I did. I firmly believe that the practice of yoga extends far beyond the confines of a yoga mat. It is a holistic approach to life, promoting mindfulness, compassion, and self-acceptance.
